Global Green Company has four world-class manufacturing facilities – two In India and two in Hungary. These include locations in Bangalore (Oblapura), Hyderabad (Venkatapur), Dunakiliti and Balmazújváros (Puszta).
All Global Green Company’s facilities are strategically located within six hours driving distance of their agri operations and have all the requisite quality certifications for the markets and customers they serve. A core engineering team works continuously on implementing the latest innovations in manufacturing technologies across Global Green Company’s facilities.
Venkatapur, Hyderabad, India
The Venkatapur plant was set up in 1996 across an area of 54.23 hectares. The facility has a total built-up area of 14,500 square metres with close to 20 hectares of plant area. The plant has a multi-product packing operation for gherkins (wholes & cut), jalapeños, relish and tomato based products, with capability for fresh pack and processed pack in retail packs (glass jars and PET), foodservice packs (pouches and tins) and industrial packs (drums and pails). With a capacity of preserving more than 1,500 metric tons of gherkins in underground brining tanks, this plant specializes in packing relish and other de-brined products.
Oblapura, Bangalore, India
The Oblapura plant was set up in 2004 across an area of 8.28 hectares with a total built-up area of 11,989 square meters. The plant is located in the city of Bangalore and has jar, canning and PET lines. The plant has a multi-product packing operation for gherkins (wholes & cut), jalapeños and baby corn, with capability for fresh pack in retail packs (glass jars and PET), foodservice packs (tins) and industrial packs (drums and pails). Though Oblapura packs all gherkin grades, it focuses and specializes in packing smaller grades – cornichons and petites.
Dunakiliti, North Western Hungary
The Dunakiliti plant was set up in 1991 across an area of 7 hectares. The facility has a total built-up area of 18,000 square meters. The plant has a multi-product packing operation for cherries, gherkins (wholes & cut), silverskin onions, pritamin paprika and capers products, with capability for fresh pack and processed pack in retail packs (glass jars and PET), and industrial packs (cans).
Puszta, Eastern Hungary
Located in the heart of corn and pea plantations, the Puszta plant was set up in 1994 across an area of 8 hectares. The facility has a total built up area of 15,000 square meters. The plant has a multi-product packing operation for green peas, corn (sweet & super sweet), tomato and paprika products, with capability for fresh pack in retail packs (glass jars and cans).
